In Salt Lake their are a lot of different restaurant’s, I am going to share some of my favorite ones with you. Once I decided to make some healthy choices it took me a while to find restaurant’s that fit with my goals and also tasted great. It also had me look at my old standbys and re evaluate how I ate at them, since not every one in my life is wanting to make the same changes as I am it means their are times when I end up at old favorites that are not necessarily the best restaurant for me. I still eat all the foods I love, how ever that has changed from being 3 or 5 meals of them a day to once a day.
